1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and axbet ("axbet," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at axbet.cam. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered on the axbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the axbet platform and close your account. Continued use of axbet constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the axbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the service:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations.
• You are accessing axbet from the Republic of the Philippines or a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawfully permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of axbet or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not a self-excluded player under the axbet responsible gaming programme or any other gaming operator's programme.
• You are not included on any government-issued list of restricted or excluded persons related to gambling.
• You have not previously had an axbet account terminated for cause.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access the axbet platform, you must complete the registration process and open an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one axbet account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If axbet detects duplicate accounts associated with the same person — identified by shared device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, identity documents, or other indicators — axbet reserves the right to close all but one account and confiscate any balances, winnings, or bonus credits held in the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

axbet is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to provide the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of GCash or Maya account, front of bank card with middle digits obscured).

axbet may request additional documentation at any time if required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or refused withdrawals.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your axbet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. axbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify axbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

axbet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are credited within standard interbank clearing times.

axbet does not accept deposits made with funds that do not belong to you. Third-party deposits — where payment originates from an account not registered in your name — are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. axbet aims to process withdrawal requests as follows:

• GCash & Maya: 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: 1 to 3 business days
• InstaPay & PesoNet: Within 1 business day

Processing times are estimates and may be affected by banking holidays, additional verification requirements, or technical issues. axbet does not charge internal fees for standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Currency

All axbet account balances and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). axbet does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

axbet offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The general rules governing all axbet bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before any derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• axbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

axbet employs systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses from related accounts, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without real risk, or systematically exploiting promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, axbet reserves the right to void the bonus and any resulting winnings and, where appropriate, suspend the player's account.

6. Game Rules & Betting

Each game and betting market available on the axbet platform is governed by its own specific rules. These rules are accessible from within the game interface and on relevant product pages. By participating in any game or placing any bet on axbet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

axbet uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time using physical cards, roulette wheels, and other equipment under camera surveillance. Game outcomes are not predetermined by axbet beyond the operation of these systems.

axbet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software fault, or data feed malfunction has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the axbet platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 3.2.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward axbet staff or other players.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.

8. Responsible Gaming

axbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, available directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a chosen period (1 day to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all axbet services. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the axbet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, publicly display, or create derivative works from any axbet content without prior written authorisation from axbet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, axbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the axbet platform.

axbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The axbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. axbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

axbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, where axbet has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Your account activity involves fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body has directed axbet to do so.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose axbet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

You may also close your axbet account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable withdrawals) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and any outstanding bonus wagering requirements being resolved.

12. Amendments

axbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on axbet.cam at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the axbet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through axbet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact axbet support and allow a minimum of 30 days for axbet to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
